Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta insists he and the club will discuss Thomas Partey's future at the "right time".

Partey has been a key man for Arsenal this season, making 18 appearances in all competitions. He has missed just one game this term, as he was benched for the Gunners' 5-1 win over Bolton Wanderers in the Carabao Cup. However, his contract expires in the summer, and Partey could potentially discuss a move to a foreign club in the January transfer window.

Arteta, though, is remaining relaxed about the situation and maintains that he and the club will discuss the Ghana international's future when they deem it appropriate. He has also once again hailed the performances of the 31-year-old.
WHAT ARTETA SAID
Arteta told reporters: "We will have the right time to discuss about the situation.
"He is showing consistency at the highest level, again because his availability and the way that he feels physically is allowing him to do that, and I am very pleased with that."
